We carefully screen prospective caregivers by performing criminal background and work reference checks. Q. What are the Home Care workers qualifications? A. Our caregivers are experienced home care and personal care providers. Some of our caregivers are certified nursing assistants who have worked in the senior citizen service field for many years in Grand Junction or in other communities of Western Colorado.. Q. Who oversees the home and elder care services provided by Columbine in the Grand Junction area? A. The Management team of Columbine Caregivers includes an administrator, a director whose background is in gerontological social work, a clinical care coordinator who is a Registered Nurse and a service scheduler who have many years of experience in in the home care field One of the managers meets with our clients quarterly to review the home care services provided to assure client satisfaction with services and home care workers provided.
